Crooner Warren Stanyer & Co. will be playing your song as you enjoy fabulous food prepared a la minute at Chef-attended stations. Featuring seared weathervane scallop and foie gras with sour cherry jus, Thai curry jumbo prawns, 24 carat gold risotto with Acadian caviar, a carvery with beef tenderloin and dill and lemon poached salmon and a chilled seafood table. Enjoy dessert from the chocolate table with signature chocolates and roses for the ladies.
