For 40 years, Silver Oak has been producing exceptional, food-friendly Cabernets that are extensively aged to be drinkable upon release. Perfect for big dinners or impromptu celebrations, their Alexander Valley and Napa Valley Cabernet wines are as distinctive as they are delicious.

The evening includes an exclusive selection of Silver Oak wines, paired with a gourmet dinner of 'braised' dishes prepared by Executive Chef Sean Cousins.
