Chef Sean Cousins prepares a five course gourmet dinner with wine pairings selected by Sommelier Martha McAvity twice monthly.

Using only the best and freshest ingredients available at the market on each event day, the menu is a mystery until you are seated at the long table in the Club’s new exclusive private room.

Limited to 18 guests for each date.
