Gourmet Wine Dinner - A Culinary Collaboration

Andrew Dornenburg and Karen Page, authors of ‘The Flavour Bible’ and ‘What to Drink with What You Eat’ will implement their creativity, expertise, scholarship, and great love of all good food and drink to select the pairings throughout the course of the evening from the Club’s extensive wine cellar. Executive Chef Sean Cousins will be preparing an advenurous menu of selected recipes from cookbook author Jennifer McLagan’s latest publication ‘Odd Bits’. This will be the final gourmet wine dinner of 2011 and one that should not be missed. Expect an evening of gastronomic delights that won’t soon be forgotten with the authors on hand throughout the evening.
