Get ready to ride! Start your New Year’s fitness routine with the ultimate evening spin class hosted by RIDE Cycle Club & RYU. The evening social is an opportunity to reconnect after the holidays with your fitness friends, set your “Size Up / Size Down” goal, and get your sweat on. RIDE Cycle will be filling the Ballroom with 40+ bikes and spin beats. 5:30 p.m. Hosted Reception & Goal Setting in the Grand Ballroom

30-Day Size Up / Size Down Challenge
JANUARY 16 - FEBRUARY 15
Kick off the new year with a new 30-day fitness challenge. Set a personal fitness goal. Your goal can be to either “size-down” (lose inches / weight), or to “size-up” (gain muscle / strength / increase fitness level). Work towards your goal from January 16 - February 15. One male and one female winner will be chosen based on the best results.
