A true British Cidery, Oliver’s Cider & Perry produces a distinguished selection of fine Herefordshire and Three Counties ciders and perries fermented by wild yeasts in small batches, using fresh pressed fruit with minimal intervention. They produce with respect to the heritage and traditions of the past but with an eye to innovating for the future.
Tom Oliver is a true master of cider and perry, though it's only his side gig, alongside his other day job, tour manager for various bands, from the Pretenders through to the Proclaimers.
