Founded in 1877, this unusual and interesting company was run for 30 years by Roland Remoissenet from a stunning 14th-century building in Beaune. When Roland retired & sold the winery in 2005, it was taken over by a consortium, with Bernard Répolt, former president of Louis Jadot & other notable Beaune houses, at the helm.
