A retrospective dinner in honour of Barbara Jo's Books to Cooks, which closed its doors at the end of February, an institution in Vancouver for foodies and chefs. This month's dinner is a nod to the renowned chefs from around the globe that Barbara-Jo has introduced through the Club's doors. Chef Sean Cousins takes inspiration from past dinners that included the recipes of Mourad Lahlou and Ferran Adrià to Michel Roux.
