This coached swim workout with structured and progressive stroke fitness training, combined with goal setting pace timing drills will give you a fantastic workout and improve overall cardio and speed.

Pre-requisite: Must be able to swim 100 metres non-stop. These one hour classes are suitable for all levels from beginner to experienced.

$175 per person per 7 week session.
Includes towel service, drink and snack.
