February Fitness Challenge

Making 2012 the healthiest year yet

Congratulations to all Members who participated in The Club's 30 Days of Fitness Challenge. Whether your goal was to have more energy, gain muscle mass, run 10k, or look better in a bathing suit, the challenge helped to increase your activity level, break old habits, and create healthy ones. Members were tasked to be active 6 of 7 days per week for 4 weeks, or 26 of 30 days in a month. Kathy in the fitness centre tailored individual activities each week ranging from Yoga, Pilates, Tabata and Kettlebell, to outdoor activities and swimming. As the challenge comes to a close, we commend all those who reached their goals and had fun along the way.
