In keeping with our commitment to health and fitness, The Vancouver Club is pleased to offer members a new way to feel healthy no matter what the weather this spring.
Lead by former NAIA Champion Stephanie Jung, this year’s Master Swim Club will develop general strength, cardiovascular fitness and endurance. Classes are suitable for all levels, and held every Wednesday morning at the YWCA Health and Fitness Centre.
Space is limited; registration is recommended. Tote service, towel service and pre or post workout sport drink are included.
At their leisure, Members access The Club’s state-of-the-art cardio machines, weight training equipment and steam room.
Ensuring convenience and variety, the Club’s Fitness Coordinator Kathy helps our likeminded community of athletes by scheduling weekly yoga, pilates, stretch therapy and tabata classes. With so many options, and the possibility of an upcoming cycling club, there is no excuse for not feeling excellent in your body all year round.
