Our swim club is spoiled with beachside training in the outdoor Kits Pool during summer months and shoulder season steps from The Club at the YWCA.
This coached swim workout includes structured and progressive stroke fitness training, combined with goal setting pace timing drills designed to give you a fantastic workout and improve overall cardio and speed.
