Slow-paced, combining breath & movement to create a mindful flow. Emphasis on alignment, “core”, lower back, hips and abdominal strengthening. Increase flexibility, deepen breath & calm the mind.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga with Stephanie Trembath
at Harbour Green Park
Dynamic sequences build heat and strength, while restorative series ground and stretch the muscles worked. Meditation and pranayama (breath-work) included. Please bring your own mat and props.
- Saturday morning yoga will take place outdoors, weather permitting and meet at Harbour Green Park, west field near the drinking fountain. If rain is forecast, classes will take place online and registered members will be notified by concierge the evening prior to the class.
