A full-body workout for strength & flexibility. Develop long, lean, strong muscles, flat abdominals & great posture.

TUESDAYS: 7:00 am

Flow Yoga with Stephanie Trembath

Slow-paced, combining breath & movement to create a mindful flow. Emphasis on alignment, “core”, lower back, hips and abdominal strengthening. Increase flexibility, deepen breath & calm the mind.

FRIDAYS: 7:00 am

Power Yoga with Stephanie Trembath

Core focused class that fuses Pilates-style core strengthening with yoga.

SATURDAYS: 9:30 am

Vinyasa Flow Yoga with Stephanie Trembath

Dynamic sequences build heat and strength, while restorative series ground and stretch the muscles worked. Meditation and pranayama (breath-work) included. Please bring your own mat and props.
