COVID-19 New Provincial Health Update

Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, the safety of our members, guests and staff has remained our top priority. We continue to follow safety requirements, as outlined in our COVID-19 Safety and Operations Plans, and respect the direction of our health authorities in guiding us through these challenges.

Yesterday, amid continuing COVID-19 cases in BC, Dr Bonnie Henry announced an extension to the current provincial health order through to Monday, December 7, and a mandatory mask policy for all indoor spaces has been added. Masks are now required in all indoor spaces

The order continues the suspension of social gatherings of all sizes and affects a number of Club and private events. As we did following the original order, we will be reaching out to those impacted members directly to confirm virtual solutions or alternative dates, with further details to come.

Our festive dining, including Family Christmas Brunch and the Traditional Christmas Lunches and Dinners, have been designed this year to operate as à la carte restaurant dining, with set reservation times, no buffets, small tables of 6 or less, reduced tables to allow for ample spacing, and no mingling between tables or other guests. Our aim is to provide members with a safe space to continue their holidays in a physically distanced environment. New Christmas take-out offerings will also be available soon.

Restaurant dining continues to be available and we encourage members to reserve in our à la carte dining areas: the Bar & Grill, Captain’s Bar & Lounge, and 4th-floor Coworking Space, with limited services on Mondays and Tuesdays.. However, members are reminded to limit social interactions to those in your immediate household, or for those who live alone or rely on direct family, to your small “core bubble”. Joining of tables or socializing between tables will not be permitted.

Our health club remains a safe environment for members to independently workout. In following the new mask mandate, members are now asked to wear masks when moving between areas of the gym or in the change rooms.

As a reminder, events scheduled prior to December 7 will be reassigned. We remain optimistic that we will all have a happy holiday season and a merry Christmas.

Thank you for your continued support, patience, and compliance with the safety protocols. With care and concern, for you and your families.

Keep Dining

The Club continues to provide in-house dining, take-out meals, wines & bottled cocktails from the Enoteca, and other virtual offerings to keep members engaged. While events may be on hold for the next two weeks, we encourage members to reserve now for Christmas events.
