Join fitness trainer certified personal trainer Clem Duranseaud, for a Saturday health & wellness session.
Start with a 40-minute fitness session that works the whole body. The session will focus on keeping you moving and utilizing body weight to improve strength. Modifications will be made for all levels of fitness. Weights can be used if you choose.
This workshop finishes with a 20-minute nutrition session. What we eat has the power to alter our body composition but also the power to alter our mood. The best diet is the one that allows you to reach your goals while staying happy with what you eat.
