We are welcoming back members and trainers for in-person low and high-intensity classes. Stretch and strengthen with yoga and pilates or build up your stamina with a fast-paced boxing class. Limited in-person spots are open by reservation.


LOW-INTENSITY CLASSES

Low-intensity yoga & pilates classes begin from Monday in the yoga studio with a hybrid model, incorporating virtual participation for those who wish to continue tuning in. Low-intensity stretch and TRX classes are in the Krenus P1 Fitness Space.

HIGH-INTENSITY CLASSES

In-person high-intensity classes take place in the Krenus P1 Fitness Space. *Classes meet outside the Cordova entrance. The instructor will then lead members down to P1.

IMPORTANT REMINDERS FOR IN-PERSON FITNESS

Reservations

. . . are required and open weekly for fitness classes. Per provincial health requirements, workouts must be booked prior to arrival. Drop-ins for fitness classes will not be permitted at this time.

Masks

. . . in all indoor spaces for those 12 years and older who are not yet fully vaccinated. If you have forgotten your mask, the concierge would be happy to provide you with a disposable mask to use.

. . . complete with member services upon arrival. Reservation confirmations are sent to your email.
