Swim Club

Our Swim Club is spoiled with beachside training at the outdoor Kits Pool during summer months and shoulder season steps from the Club at the YWCA.

This professionally coached swim workout includes structured and progressive stroke fitness training combined with goal-setting pace timing drills designed to improve your overall cardio and speed. Suitable for all levels from beginner to advanced.

7:45 am to 8:45 am, Wednesdays & Fridays

Session Fees:
900 – Season’s Pass (30 sessions)
450 – Half Season’s Pass (15 sessions)
45 – Drop-In

Professionally coached swim session
Towel service
Group breakfast in the Grill following each session

Must be able to swim 50m non-stop (2 lengths of the pool).
Private lessons can be arranged in order to improve technique prior to joining Swim Club.
