In alphabetical order…

90-Minute Yin/Yang Yoga
90 minutes
Get ready to sweat, stretch and savasana. Half restorative (Yin), half power (Yang), this class is the perfect combination, beginning with fire and strength, then slowing down into deep stretches, hip openers, and calm. Emphasis on alignment and accessibility makes this class open to everyone, including beginners.

Advanced Boxing
45 minutes
This advanced boxing class builds on the fundamentals while offering a more challenging workout and technical instruction. This class is sweatier and heavy-hitting!
Prerequisite: boxing experience or prior VC Boxing class attendance.

Barre
45 minutes
This class is appropriate for all levels from beginner to advanced. Work all of the major muscle groups, lengthening and strengthening your entire body using low-impact exercises and high repetitions while focusing on alignment and proper positioning. You will be encouraged to work at your own pace and variations for every level will be offered. You will leave class feeling taller, stronger and ready for your day! Socks with grip or athletic shoes are recommended.

Bootcamp
45 minutes
Based on military-style fitness programmes, VC’s bootcamp class delivers fast-paced, sweaty workouts from start to finish. It’s a fantastic way to start your weekend!

Boxing
45 minutes
VC’s signature boxing class focuses on technique and offers a killer cardio workout! Fun, effective and challenging for all fitness levels.

Cardio Sculpt
45 minutes
A full-body workout to keep your heart rate lifted while strengthening and toning all areas of the body. Challenge yourself with bursts of cardio between strength-building exercises. Optional props such as light weights and resistance bands are available for members desiring an advanced-level workout.

Circuits
45 minutes
Get ready to sweat during this lunchtime circuits class! Strengthen and tone your entire body through multiple exercises performed at varying time intervals. Workouts change weekly but always feature strength and cardio components.

Clinical Mat Pilates
45 minutes
Clinical Pilates involves exercises that focus on recovery, core stability, motor control and breathwork. Shayne will teach you to move with control and confidence by customizing exercises to each individual’s conditions or injuries.

Core & Strength
45 minutes
This total body workout will energize your lunch hour and target all of the major muscle groups.

Everyday Athlete
45 minutes
Get back to the basics of mobility, strength, power and flexibility – the foundation of a balanced, pain-free and optimally functioning body. These sessions use a well-rounded blend of explosive movement, strength-focused exercises, stretching and stability work to correct movement patterns and body mechanics while increasing strength.

Family Boxing
45 minutes
Get sweaty and ready to perfect your one-two punch together. This fun, fast-paced class is offered bi-weekly and teaches classic technique with cardio conditioning.

Family Yoga
45 minutes
Breathe and flow together as a family unit in this bi-weekly class. It’s the ideal way to de-stress together before the start of a busy week.

Flow Yoga
45 minutes
Flow is a style of yoga where poses are strung together to form one fluid sequence of movement, with a focus on transitions flowing together in harmony with the breath.
This class is designed to create space in the back body, chest, and shoulders. Open to all levels, this class focuses on core strength and backbends and is perfect for anyone who spends an extended amount of time seated.

HIIT & Core
45 minutes
Quick, intense bursts of core-focused exercises followed by short, active recovery periods. Keep your heart rate up & burn more fat in less time. Effective and efficient, HIIT will keep your heart rate up resulting in maximum fat burn in a short amount of time.

HIIT & Strength
45 minutes
Quick, intense bursts of strength-building exercises followed by short, active recovery periods. Effective and efficient, HIIT will keep your heart rate up resulting in maximum fat burn in a short amount of time.

Kettlebell Klass
45 minutes
Gain strength using kettlebells and bodyweight while working up a sweat. Enjoy a fun and functional full-body workout utilizing basic Kettlebell movements.

Meditation
45 minutes
Relax, unwind and recharge with this mid-day meditation class. Especially beneficial for those with a busy mind, meditation is a useful tool for stress management, increasing self-awareness, improving sleep quality and reducing blood pressure.

Men’s Stretch Class
45 minutes
Reboot and rebalance stressed and tight muscles with a series of stretches designed to improve your posture, range of motion and overall movement. This class will involve slow movements and stretches held for 1-2 minutes, allowing time for the body to settle in and adjust throughout.

Mobility & Strength
45 minutes
Achieve full-body balance with a focus on increasing range of motion and flexibility while building strength and stability.

Pilates
45 minutes
A full-body workout for strength & flexibility. Develop long, lean, strong muscles, a strong core & improved posture.

Pilates Fusion
45 minutes
Pilates Fusion incorporates exercises from a variety of practices including barre, yoga, strength training, cardio, and dance to offer a modern twist on Mat Pilates. Similar to Mat Pilates, this style focuses on the core and emphasizes moves that will tone, stretch and elongate muscles.

Restorative Yoga
45 minutes
This slow-paced class is designed for deep relaxation and restoration. With a focus on longer-held positions, breath work and restorative yoga, it’s the perfect way to unwind, relax and reconnect with your body.

Run Club
45 minutes
This class is designed for all abilities and is ideal for both recreational and competitive runners. Each session includes a full warm-up, workout (think tempo work, hills, strides and drills) and cool down with stretching, all while taking in the Vancouver’s spectacular ocean views.

Strength
45 minutes
This lunchtime class focuses on body conditioning and cardiovascular strength endurance. Use free weights, kettlebells and bodyweight equipment for a full-body workout including the core.

Stretch Class
45 minutes

Yoga (Rooftop Yoga as of June 1)
45 minutes
VC’s favourite summer yoga class. This class will be held in the Yoga Studio throughout May and on cool/rainy days thereafter. Starting June 1, enjoy this flow-style class while overlooking beautiful Coal Harbour.
