TUESDAYS: 7:00 am

Flow Yoga with Laura

Slow-paced, combining breath & movement to create a mindful flow. Emphasis on alignment, “core”, lower back, hips and abdominal strengthening. Increase flexibility, deepen breath & calm the mind.

TUESDAYS: 2:00 pm

Pilates with Katie

A full-body workout for strength & flexibility. Develop long, lean, strong muscles, flat abdominals & great posture.

WEDNESDAYS: 8:00 am

Group Yoga in the Ballroom with Katrin
March 3, 10, 17, & 24

Stretch at a distance in individual spaces. Improve your strength and flexibility with this in-person morning session.

THURSDAYS: 12:00 pm

Pilates with Katie

A full-body workout for strength & flexibility. Develop long, lean, strong muscles, flat abdominals & great posture.

FRIDAYS: 7:00 am

Hatha Yoga with Katrin

Classic yoga postures that move with your breath to help you reduce stress and increase strength and flexibility. These classes are approximately 50% stretching poses and 50% strengthening and toning poses, all combined with proper breathing and grounding techniques. 

SATURDAYS: 9:00 am

Yin-Yang Yoga with Laura

Yin-Yang Yoga is a class that balances the newly developed Yin yoga practice for the first half of the class with traditional Yang yoga practices for the second half of the class. This class can provide you with a practice that starts with deep, introspective, and quiet yoga that evolves into an energizing and uplifting yoga that sets you on your way for the rest of your day.
