One of the best ways to enjoy our fabulous Vancouver summers is to move the meal outdoors and dine al fresco. Executive Chef Matt Taylor serves up a weekly, locally sourced prix-fixe menu of fresh summer fare, each course paired with wine selections from our season offerings in the Enoteca.
