Dear Members,
The Province of BC has announced a mandate requiring all members and guests aged 12 and older to provide proof of vaccination upon entry to the Club.
From September 13 to October 23, members and guests must provide proof of partial vaccination (1 dose) at minimum. Then, beginning October 24, proof of full vaccination (2 doses) will be required.
Your BC Vaccine Card or alternate form of proof of vaccination together with a piece of valid government ID must be presented until September 26. Alternative proof of vaccination includes the paper card given at the time of vaccination or your printed immunization records from the BC Health Gateway.
As of September 27, the BC Vaccine Card and valid government photo ID will be required. Please note that those aged 12-18 are not required to show ID.
Please arrive 15 minutes before your reservation to ensure a prompt check-in and have your proof of vaccination and ID ready.
On arrival, a host will greet you, confirm your proof of vaccination and direct you to an iPad to complete your health declaration.
Vaccine status may be temporarily kept on file for ease of entry. This information will not be shared and will be destroyed when the proof of vaccination requirement ends. If you wish to register your vaccine status with the Club, please fill out the consent form and email it with your proof of vaccination to concierge@vancouverclub.ca or provide it in person to the Concierge in the lobby.
