Town Hall: Proposed Bylaws with Governance, Membership & Nominations & Elections Committees

The March 22 Town Hall featured a presentation from Governance Committee Chair Mr. Tim Brown & Mr. Matthew Swanson, along with Membership Chair Dr. Briar Sexton and Nominations & Elections Chair Mr. Robin Dhir.
Their presentation outlined the process for updating the proposed new Bylaws and the main areas of focus which were:

• Compliance with the Societies Act
• Modernization
• Transparency & Accountability
