Revised Availability – Please be advised that the Fitness Studio will be closed from Monday, November 20, until Friday, December 22. During this time, the Club is pleased to offer the following complimentary classes in alternative spaces.

- 7:00 am Flow Yoga with Taya Mitina in the Billiards Room
- 11:00 am Pilates Foundations with Tiffany Clay in the Billiards Room
- 12:00 pm HIIT & Strength with Tony Gallo in the Fitness Centre
- 6:00 pm HIIT & Strength with Tony Gallo in the Fitness Centre
TUESDAYS
- 11:00 am Pilates with Tiffany Clay in the Billiards Room
WEDNESDAYS
- 9:00 am Slow Flow Yoga with Meighlin McNeil in the Billiards Room
