Fitness Class Schedule

Stretch and strengthen with yoga, pilates and barre, bliss out with meditation or build up your stamina with fast-paced classes like boxing or HIIT.

YOGA STUDIO CLASSES

All classes are now held in the Yoga Studio unless otherwise noted. Yoga, Pilates and Meditation are offered as a hybrid model, incorporating virtual participation for those who wish to tune in from home.
