Catherine is double certified with the National Strength and Conditioning Association as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, a Certified Personal Trainer and is a Practicing Kinesiologist with a Master’s Degree in Strength & Conditioning. She specializes in rehabilitation, lifting technique, and body composition for fat loss, muscle gain, or both. Catherine offers a wealth of experience and knowledge to support each client’s unique fitness journey.

Train towards a common goal with a private group of up to four members. Sessions are available with VC personal trainers, group class instructors, yoga, pilates or barre instructors, or boxing coaches. Instructors will customize your class to the goals of the group.
