Whether your goal is to build muscle and strength, increase mobility, elevate athletic performance, or simply improve general health, the Club’s private training sessions are the best way to get you there. Choose from one-on-one, partner, small group or corporate training.

Training Options

Let The Vancouver Club’s expert trainers and instructors create customized workouts just for you. Improve your technique, strength, endurance and/or mobility and have fun along the way!

A friend or loved one always adds more fun to fitness so join forces and share your triumphant, sweaty moments. Partner training also offers the benefits of increased motivation and accountability, helping you both stay on course toward your goals.

Train towards a common goal with a private group of up to four members. Sessions are available with VC personal trainers, group class instructors, yoga, pilates or barre instructors, or boxing coaches. Instructors will customize your class to the goals of the group.

Make health and wellness an important part of your company culture. Treat your hard-working staff or special clients to personalized sessions, proven to enhance team morale, positive mindset and overall well-being. Choose from boxing, yoga, Bootcamp, and more.
