Swim Club

Join Swim Club and get ready to dive in!

This fall, the Club’s swim programme will be held at the YWCA Health + Fitness Centre, conveniently located minutes from the Club.

Two, six-week sets of Wednesday morning sessions are available. Sessions will focus on fitness training, progressive stroke corrections and drills for improving endurance, strength, speed, and efficiency.

These expertly coached classes are suitable for all levels from beginner to advanced with the only pre-requisite of the ability to swim 50m non-stop.


Wednesdays, 7:45 am to 8:45 am

Set Dates:
Set 1: September 13 – October 18
Set 2: October 25 – November 29

Session Fees:
350 (6 sessions)
60 (Drop-in session)

Includes:
Professionally coached swim session
Towel service
Group breakfast with coffee or tea in The Grill following each session

Prerequisite:
Must be able to swim 50m non-stop (2 lengths of the pool).
