How the Wine Club Works
It takes less than two minutes to set up your subscription. Choose your:

Each order will include a sommelier-curated selection inspired by the season, upcoming holidays or delightful themes. Your order could include sparkling, white, rosé, red, or fortified wines, and an exciting mix of varietals from a range of vintners and regions, all accompanied by expert tasting notes and food pairing recommendations. Subscribers will also enjoy exclusive bottlings only available through the Grand Crew Wine Club. 

Plus, on the third Wednesday of each month, subscribers are invited to attend the Grand Crew Wine Club Release Party in the Lobby from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm. Join your fellow wine club members to celebrate your growing collections with a social wine tasting and small bites!

Special Pricing

Premier Crew

Commit to one year in the Grand Crew Wine Club and receive 5% off of every order for a savings of up to 560 per year.

Annual commitment subscriptions do not allow order skipping or cancellations within the year.

Flex Crew

This option offers subscriptions at regular price but includes the flexibility to skip one order per year and cancel your subscription, both with a minimum of 60 days’ notice.

Please note that subscription payments are available by credit card only.
Billing will be processed on the 15th of the month in which you will receive your order.

Pick Up or Delivery

Pick Up at the Club

Your order will be available for pick-up with the Concierge on the third Wednesday of the month from 2:00 pm, just in time for the Release Party!

Please note that your order must be collected within 10 days of release. After 10 days, it will be automatically delivered for a fee of 25.


Your order will be delivered to the address provided on the third Thursday or Friday of the month for a fee of 25 per order.

Delivery is available to addresses within Greater Vancouver, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Burnaby, and Richmond.

The option selected upon subscribing will apply to all orders.

A limited number of subscriptions are available.

Q: Is there a waitlist I can join if the wine club is currently full?
A: Yes. If the Grand Crew Wine Club is full, members will see a waitlist option on the subscription page (button above). Please enter your email address and the team will reach out as soon as space becomes available.

Q: How do I view my subscription details?
A: After subscribing, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to your plan details. Please refer to this email any time you’d like to review your subscription.

You may also access these details through your account on the 915 (online shop) by signing in here…

On the 915, select ‘Account’ in the top right corner, log in, then choose ‘Manage Subscription’ and ‘See more details’.

Q: After subscribing, can I switch to a different frequency, quantity or classification?
A: Yes. With a minimum of 60 days’ notice, members are welcome to change their preferred frequency, quantity or classification. Please contact to update your subscription.

Q: How do I update my delivery address?
A: Members may update their delivery address through the link provided in their subscription confirmation email or by signing in to their account on the 915 (online shop) here…

On the 915, select ‘Account’ in the top right corner, log in, then choose ‘Manage Subscription’ and ‘See more details’. Navigate to the ‘Product Shipping Info’ section and select ‘Edit’ to update the delivery address.

Kindly update your address at least 5 business days before your next delivery. If an address is updated within 5 business days of delivery, there is a possibility that the order may be delivered to the incorrect address and the subscriber may incur an extra delivery fee to reroute their order to the new address.

Q: Can I gift a subscription?
A: Yes! Please subscribe (or purchase an additional subscription) and contact with the order number as well as the name, email address and delivery address (if selecting the delivery option) of the recipient.

Q: If I only drink a certain type of wine, can I request to receive this exclusively?
A: Subscriptions of all white or all red wine are available. Please contact with your request. The Grand Crew Wine Club is designed to encourage members to explore and expand their palette therefore at this time, any other customization requests will be politely declined.

Q: After subscribing, can I switch from a Flex Crew to a Premier Crew subscription to receive 5% savings?
A: Please contact to cancel your existing Flex Crew subscription. Your existing subscription will be active for 60 days after which time you will be welcome to sign up for a Premier Crew subscription.

Q: Can I skip orders?
A: If you have a Flex Crew subscription, you have the option to skip 1 order per 12 months with a minimum of 60 days’ notice. Please contact to request an order skip.
If you have a Premier Crew subscription and receive special pricing on your orders, order skipping will not be available.

Q: Can I cancel my subscription?
A: Member satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not pleased with any aspect of your subscription, please reach out to to share your experience. Our team appreciates your feedback and the opportunity to make things right.

If you have a Flex Crew subscription, you may cancel your order with a minimum of 60 days’ notice. Please contact for assistance.

If you have a Premier Crew subscription and receive special pricing on your orders, cancellation is not offered within the year of your subscription. Please contact to request cancellation at the end of your subscription term.

Q: Can I drink my wine at the Club?
A: Yes, with a corkage fee of 35 per bottle. Please note that bottles purchased through the Grand Crew Wine Club cannot be stored in a liquor locker.

Q: Can I exchange a bottle?
A: Exchanges of unopened bottles received in your wine club order will be politely declined. If for any reason, you cannot consume the wine yourself, we encourage you to consider gifting the bottle.
