Every month, LC Fitness hosts a workshop in the Fitness Centre dedicated to a specific exercise or theme.
On Saturday, August 19, join The Vancouver Club's new personal trainer and Kinesiologist Eric Mah to learn the essential elements of an effective warm-up, how to target key muscle groups to build strength and proper form to reduce the risk of injury.
The goal of this workshop is to give you simple tools that will help you design your own workouts and more effectively execute them for best results.
