Join Celina to learn the essentials of meditation and explore Yoga Nidra (Sanskrit for “Yoga Sleep”) — the ultimate in deep relaxation. This series provides powerful tools and techniques to help reduce stress, improve focus or simply to offer a relaxing break from your day.
Sessions will provide meditation practices that can be seamlessly incorporated into your daily routine. Beginner and experienced mediators are welcome.
