The Vancouver Club Town Hall

Join the Technology Committee, your fellow members and Club management at the upcoming Town Hall on Monday, September 25, 2023, featuring updates regarding your new VC Member App and Website.

Prior to the Town Hall, members are encouraged to review the information made available to date HERE with the benefits, features and FAQs for the new app and website.

Members are welcome to attend in person at the Club or online via Zoom. Please note that attendance is restricted to Vancouver Club members only.

Committee updates will be followed by a Q&A. Members are encouraged to submit questions in advance to the General Manager's Executive Assistant, Jennifer dela Luna, at jen@vancouverclub.ca

HOW TO REGISTER

Register to Attend in Person:

1. Sign in to Project Laura HERE and select the 'Event Reservation' button on the dashboard.
2. Select the 'Town Hall Registration: In-Person' option, click 'Book Now' and follow the prompts.

Members who register to attend in person will receive an email confirmation.

Register to Attend Virtually:

1. Sign in to Project Laura HERE and select the 'Event Reservation' button on the dashboard.
2. Select the 'Town Hall Registration: Zoom' option and click the link in the description to register via Zoom.

Members who register to attend virtually will receive an email confirmation from Zoom including the Town Hall webinar link.

MEETING RULES OF CONDUCT:

• This Town Hall will be held for the purpose of discussing the business of The Vancouver Club. Issues of a personal nature will not be debated or considered.
• All speakers will practice justice and courtesy at all times. Members who wish to speak will do so after being recognized by the Chair.
• Discussions will be limited to 2 minutes per member.
• Have questions prepared in advance and email them to Jennifer dela Luna at jen@vancouverclub.ca, or;
• To pose a question online, please use the Q&A window in Zoom and your question will be relayed to the panellists by the moderator.

PLEASE NOTE:

• All questions submitted in advance or via the Zoom Q&A function will be anonymously posed to the panel with the question asker's name kept confidential.
• This is an information session only.
• The Town Hall will be recorded.
• The Town Hall will be conducted in person at the Club and as a private webinar on Zoom.
