WEEK ONE Emotional Intelligence In this session, members will explore what an emotion is, what creates our emotions and why we have a hard time regulating them when we're feeling angry, upset, triggered, overwhelmed, or stressed.
You'll also learn how to identify, process, and regulate your emotions no matter what is going on around you.
The goal of this workshop is to lay the foundation for a significant increase in your emotional intelligence so you can be more in tune with yourself, less reactive, more emotionally grounded, and more mindfully responsive in your everyday interactions.

About the speaker:
Julia Kristina is a master therapist and mindset coach who helps smart, empathic people get past anxiety, stress, and self-doubt so they can feel and live better.
