You'll also learn how to identify, process, and regulate your emotions no matter what is going on around you.

The goal of this workshop is to lay the foundation for a significant increase in your emotional intelligence so you can be more in tune with yourself, less reactive, more emotionally grounded, and more mindfully responsive in your everyday interactions.

125 per person
Includes expert-led workshop, coffee or tea service & lunch plate

Workshops may be attended individually or as a full series. It is recommended that members attend all three workshops to maximize benefits.
