The Vancouver Club Board of Directors welcomes member feedback and inquiries regarding the services of the Club.

The Governance Committee advises the Board of Directors and provides recommendations on matters relating to the governance and bylaws of the Club.
The Finance Committee’s purpose is to assist the Board in fulfilling its obligations and responsibilities relating to the Club’s finances.
The Membership Committee is responsible for all matters related to new membership and the processing of recommended changes in categories of membership, as well as making recommendations and developing initiatives to maximize current member engagement, experience and retention.
The House Committee assists the Board in matters relating to the Club’s facilities and maintenance of the building.
The Art & Archives Committee is responsible for advising the Board of Directors and providing recommendations relating to the art & archives collections of the Club.
The Signature Service Committee’s mandate is to assist the Board with responsibilities relating to the Club’s events, Concierge service, food and beverage venues as well as fitness.
The Long Range Planning Committee’s purpose is strategic planning for the future direction of the Club, ensuring that the Club remains relevant and sustainable for future generations.
The HR/Compensation Committee is responsible for ensuring that The Vancouver Club operates under the highest standards and systems of employment with the goal of being an employer of choice for top industry professionals.
The Technology Committee's purpose is to advise The Vancouver Club on best practices in the use of technology, devices, mobile and web applications, cyber security, and the like, and provide recommendations for improvement to the Club's Directors.
The Nominations & Elections Committee advises the Board of Directors and provides recommendations on matters relating to the nominations & election of the Club’s directors.
