The Vancouver Club is thrilled to announce that a new, improved and customized digital member platform is scheduled to launch on Monday, October 2, 2023.
Accessible via mobile app and website, this platform will act as a centralized online hub providing convenient access to essential information and services, at any time and from anywhere. Please be advised that this new software will replace Project Laura.
Prior to the app and website launch, members will receive a series of informative e-blasts highlighting the features and functionality of the platform, plus simple instructions for any actions required. Please review each e-blast as the information included is designed to enhance your online member experience as well as awareness and enjoyment of exclusive Club offerings. The contents of each e-blast will also be compiled on this page for quick reference.
