The following online reservations are available through your member app: Club events, à la carte dining and hotel rooms.
Your app also includes information for booking additional Club services for which online reservations are not currently available. Simply navigate to the page corresponding to your desired service and follow the instructions provided.
Please note that Club event, à la carte dining and hotel room reservations made prior to the website launch will be automatically carried over to the new platform and can be viewed on the My Reservations page, accessible via the Member Central and Reservations sections of the app.
HOTEL ROOM RESERVATIONS
1. To book a stay in a well-appointed VC hotel room, open the app on your mobile device. Once logged in and on the home screen, select Menu in the lower right corner.
2. In the Reservations drop-down menu, select VC Hotel
3. On the Hotel Reservations page, Select the desired Check In and Check Out dates, who the reservation is being booked for, room preference, number of guests staying, and how you’d like your search results to display.
4. Click the ‘Check Availability’ button.
If rooms are available that meet your search criteria, these will display along with the room rates and amenities.
5. Click the ‘Select’ button to choose your desired room and a Reservation Confirmation page will display with your booking details.
If you are creating a reservation for a guest, you will be asked for guest details, billing preference and reservation comments prior to seeing the confirmation page.
You will receive an email confirmation including reservation details. You will also receive an email after your stay requesting feedback on your experience.
MODIFY OR CANCEL A RESERVATION
Modifications
To modify a reservation, please contact the Concierge at concierge@vancouverclub.ca or 604 685 9321.
Cancellations
1. To cancel a reservation, visit the My Reservations page in the Member Central or Reservations sections of the website.
2. Click the waste bin (delete) icon next to your reservation details.
An email confirmation of your cancellation will be sent.
