These privileged tasters were the first to experience this amber nectar, meticulously crafted and steeped in tradition. Once the work was over, the triumphant few celebrated their venture with an action-packed few days in Music City. Their escapades began at the iconic Grand Ole Opry, where they enjoyed the VIP Experience, complete with exclusive backstage access and the chance to meet some of the artists. The performances were nothing short of spectacular—Old Crow Medicine Show and the Oak Ridge Boys graced the stage, and captivated the audience.
With fresh libations in hand, reveling in an exhilarating atmosphere, they weaved in and out of famed honky-tonks. They were guided by the foot-tapping tunes of live country music as they made their way down the Broadway strip.
The next morning brought another highlight: the tailgate party of all tailgates at Nissan Stadium. Surrounded by fellow football fans, members savoured an authentic Southern feast—BBQ at its finest; smoky, tender, and bursting with flavour. Enthusiasm filled the air as members entered the stadium, the resounding cheers loudly echoing for all to hear.
Of course, no trip to Nashville would be complete without indulging in its culinary excellence. Members were treated to exquisite dining experiences at some of the city’s most acclaimed restaurants, including the distinguished June and Yolan. These Michelin-worthy restaurants delivered an unparalleled gastronomic journey. The crème de la crème was an opulent 14-course tasting menu, where each dish was a masterpiece.
