The VC member website and app are a centralized online platform, providing convenient access to upcoming events, reservations, and so much more. Ensure you enable notifications to be the first to know about events, benefits, and member news. Your feed gives you notifications about club updates and links to e-newsletters. Check the app or website regularly for the full Club calendar.
Please see below for step-by-step instructions to access your Member Website and download the My Vancouver Club mobile app. You will also find online reservation guides, FAQs and important notes.
STEP 1: ACCESS YOUR VC MEMBER WEBSITE
Please note that members are required to log in to the website prior to accessing the mobile app. To access your member website, visit: https://members.vanclub.com/. Be sure to add this page to your bookmarks so it’s easy to find and always close at hand.
Members may also access the member website via the Vancouver Club public website at vancouverclub.ca. Simply click on the navigation menu (3 bars) at the top right of any page of the website and select Member Login on the right side of your screen.
STEP 2: LOG IN TO YOUR VC MEMBER WEBSITE
Log in to the website using your member number and your last name in all lowercase for the password.
Example Member Number: 1234 Password: smith
You will be immediately directed to reset your password and create a security question.Your new password must be a minimum of six characters. It is recommended to include an UPPERCASE letter, a number and a special character.
You may choose from a list of pre-selected security questions or create your own. Please ensure that you choose a security question with an answer that is unique to you and that is easy to remember. You will be asked to answer your security question each time you reset your password..
IMPORTANT! STEP 3: REVIEW & UPDATE YOUR PROFILE INFORMATION
After resetting your password and selecting your security question, you will be directed to the Homepage.
VIEW PROFILE
1. From the Homepage, access the View Profile page from the quick links on the left side of the page or from the Member Central section of the top navigation menu.
Member Central > My Profile > View Profile
2. Select the ‘Edit’ button at the top right of your screen.
3. Click the profile image to upload a recent photo of yourself. Adding a recent photo to your profile is important as this will assist the VC team in getting to know you better.
4. Review the Personal Information and Contact Information sections and make any updates required.
5. Click the ‘Update’ button in the bottom left to save your changes.
ADDRESSES 1. Navigate above your profile information and click on Addresses.
2. Review the address(es) in your profile. Select the ‘Edit’ button to make any changes required to existing addresses and click the ‘Update’ button in the bottom left corner to save changes.
3. Click the ‘+ Add New’ button to add a new address to your profile and click the ‘Save’ button in the bottom left corner to save it to your profile.
When adding a new address, the Title is where you may choose to add a nickname to help differentiate one address from another. For example, you may choose to add titles such as ‘Home (Summer)’ and ‘Home (Winter)’.
Please remember to keep your profile updated if any of your contact information changes.
The addresses on your profile can always be accessed by the following pathway: Member Central > My Profile > Addresses
MY SETTINGS 1. Navigate above your address information and click on My Settings.
On the My Settings page, members can customize the information that will display on the Member Directory or choose to hide their profile completely. Your details that appear in the directory are pulled from your profile.
The Member Directory can be viewed in the Club Central section of the website.
2. Make any changes to your selections and click the ‘Save’ button.
The Member Directory settings on your profile can always be accessed by the following pathway: Member Central > My Profile > My Settings

STEP 4: DOWNLOAD YOUR VC MEMBER APP
After logging in to the member website and updating your profile information, you will be ready to access The Vancouver Club’s first-ever mobile app!
1. On your mobile device, visit the My Vancouver Club app page.
Apple Users: Click the iOS App Store link below if you are using an Apple device. iOS App Store: Click HERE
Android Users: Click the Google Play Store link below if you are using an Android device. Google Play Store:Click HERE
The app will also be searchable on the iOS App Store and Google Play stores within 48 hours. Please search for My Vancouver Club. 2. Select Get (iOS) or Install (Android) and allow the app a few moments to download.
3. When the download is complete, select Open.
4. Log in with your member number and new password.
5. Android Users: Review and respond to the Privacy Policy pop up. If you do not agree to the policy, you will not gain access to the app.
6. Review and respond to the Location Permission pop up. You will still gain access to the app if you do not allow location permissions.
7. Explore the features of the My Vancouver Club app including reservations and shopping. Please see the links to online reservation instructions below and stay tuned for more details regarding app features which will be shared shortly.
Please note that the shortcuts appearing on your home screen may be customized at any time by clicking the pencil (edit) icon on the lower right side of your screen (beside the bell icon).
ONLINE RESERVATION GUIDES

The new app and website will replace Project Laura. Please download any necessary financial statements from Project Laura by Tuesday, October 31, 2023 – please see download instructions below
Existing Club event and à la carte dining reservations have been transferred over Minimum Food Charges, account credits and gift card balances will be automatically transferred over Your September statement will be available on your Project Laura profile. Statements will be available on your new website and app beginning November 8, 2023.
Capability to input your credit card information will be added to the website shortly. Members will be notified when this feature becomes available.
